Shipping for this product includes lobby delivery, delivery inside doorway with no steps, in carton and left on pallet.

Full service delivery is available for an additional $155. Full-Service Delivery-price includes un-carton, set in place, removal of debris, 1st floor and/or elevator, no more than 3 steps and delivered during normal business hours of 8 am -5 pm local time. For additional services, such as stair carry, please reach out for a quote.

Returns

Any claim by Buyer against Seller for shortage or damage occurring prior to delivery must be made within five (5) days after receipt of the goods and accompanied by original transportation bill signed by carrier noting that carrier received the goods from Seller in the condition claimed.

Goods cannot be returned without Seller’s express written consent and orders, once accepted, cannot be cancelled without Seller’s prior written consent. In the case of special or non-stock goods, cancellation will not be accepted. Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus freight costs.
